SEOLamp provides SEO analysis and audit services. Our services include:

  • Free Tools: Basic SEO analysis tools available without registration
  • Pro Tools: Advanced Puppeteer-powered analysis with JavaScript rendering (one-time payment of $5)
  • Site Audit & Report: Comprehensive automated crawling and analysis of up to 100 pages ($10 per site)
  • Engineer Review: Expert manual analysis and custom recommendations (custom pricing)

3. User Accounts

Some services require authentication via Google OAuth. By signing in, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your Google account
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Providing accurate information during the audit process

4. Payment Terms

Pricing and Billing

  • All prices are in USD and subject to change with notice
  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe
  • Pro Tools: One-time payment of $5 for lifetime access
  • Site Audit: One-time payment of $10 per site audit
  • Engineer Review: Custom pricing, quoted on request

Refunds

  • If any of our tools or services fail to work as described, we'll provide a full refund
  • Contact us with details of the issue to request a refund
  • No refunds for services that have been successfully delivered and work as described

5. Service Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver services within the specified timeframes. However, delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Client delays in providing necessary information or access
  • Technical issues beyond our control
  • Force majeure events

6. Intellectual Property

All content, reports, tools, and materials provided by SEOLamp remain our intellectual property. You receive a limited license to use our deliverables for your business purposes. You may not:

  • Resell or redistribute our reports or tools
  • Reverse engineer our proprietary tools
  • Remove copyright or proprietary notices
  • Use our materials to create competing services

7. Client Responsibilities

To receive our services, you agree to:

  • Provide timely access to your website and necessary credentials
  • Respond to our requests for information within reasonable timeframes
  • Ensure you have authority to grant us access to your systems
  • Implement recommendations at your own discretion and risk

8. Limitations of Liability

SEOLamp provides professional services but cannot guarantee specific results. We are not liable for:

  • Changes in search engine rankings or traffic
  • Search engine algorithm updates
  • Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

We provide services "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we use industry best practices, we do not warrant that:

  • Our services will meet your specific requirements
  • Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Results will be accurate or reliable in all cases
  • Defects will be corrected immediately

10. Confidentiality

We will maintain the confidentiality of your proprietary information and will not disclose it to third parties except:

  • With your explicit consent
  • As required by law
  • To our service providers under confidentiality agreements

11. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:

  • You remain responsible for payments for services rendered
  • We will provide deliverables for paid services
  • Access to ongoing services will be discontinued
  • Confidentiality obligations continue

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SEOLamp harmless from claims arising from:

  • Your use of our services
  • Your violation of these terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Content you provide to us

13. Changes to Terms
